Payment is due at time of service in our office. Please see the insurance section below detailed information regarding our insurance policy.
A price range for treatment is usually quoted prior to your consult so you have a general understanding of the possible fees for your treatment (if you have recent X-rays, it is always best to send them to us prior to your visit so we can give a more accurate fee range based on the care that you need). Following the consult, once the diagnosis and treatment plan is determined by the doctor, an exact quote can be made. Fees and fee ranges are discussed prior to any treatment performed to ensure that there are no surprises and the patient is comfortable moving forward.
We currently offer a 6-month payment plan through Care Credit for your convenience. All you need to do is sign up (we will walk you through the simple process), get approved, and care credit will be in contact with you directly. We do not offer in-house payment plans.
We accept most major dental PPO insurances as an out-of-network provider. We encourage our patients with dental insurance to know what benefits they have prior to making an appointment. Payment is due at time of service and we will submit your claim for you on your behalf upon completion of treatment. You will directly receive a reimbursement check from your insurance company. The reimbursement amount will depend on the benefits your plan offers you.
Common insurances billed for your reimbursement:
- Delta Dental
- United Concordia
- Blue Cross Blue Shield
